What is Bridal Essence?

Bridal Essence is an online wedding accessory store offering a wide range of wedding accessories and wedding decorations in many themes and colors from North America's largest and most reputable wedding accessory suppliers such as Weddingstar, Hortense B Hewitt and Beverly Clark.

Products


How can I find a specific product?
Due to the large number of products available, here are some easy ways to find products on our website:

Use the "Shop Wedding Accessories" menu to browse through our products by category or subcategory.

To search for a specific product, enter your keywords in the "search" box located on the top left corner on any page. Alternatively, you may select “Product Search” located on the left hand side and enter your keywords.

Keywords may include product item number, name, color, description words like calla lily, butterfly, etc. If you are still having difficulties locating a specific product, please contact us for assistance.

Can I personalize a specific product?
Bridal Essence is pleased to offer a wide range of personalized products. Some products have required fields for personalization and color selection. Although not specified on each product, most cake server sets and selected toasting flutes may be engraved for a nominal fee. Please contact us for more details on engravables and monogrammed items.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
It’s easy to place an order on our site. Once you find a wedding product you like, click on the image to view more details about it. For many wedding accessories you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will be given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of your cart.

You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top of each page. When you view your cart you can change product amounts or remove products or personalization.

When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security. After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. You order will be shipped directly from our suppliers. Please note that all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

Can I place an order over the telephone?
If you prefer, you may place your order by phone by calling toll free at 1-888-OMG-2526 ext. 26. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. ET - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please make sure you have the item names and numbers available in order to process your order promptly and efficiently.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order required. With our Flat Rate shipping throughout North America, you may purchase as little or as much as you want for one low price within your price range.

What additional costs will be added to my order?
Canadian residence purchasing from our U.S. suppliers, Beverly Clark (item numbers beginning with “BC” or Wedding Perfections (item number beginning with “WP”) will be subject to a $16.50 Duty and Brokerage fee. Ontario residences are subject to an 8% Provincial Sales tax.

Payment

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All Credit Card information is processed through our secure server. Additionally, you may also make a payment using your PayPal® account.

Can I pay by cheque or money order?
Yes, Bridal Essence always accepts personal or company cheques and/or money orders. Simply place your order online, update your “Shopping Cart” to clearly illustrate the products that you have chosen, and printout a copy of your selections. Make sure to include your email address so that we may send confirmation upon receipt. It is not necessary to actually place your order online, however we do require a detailed description of your product(s) purchased. Then, simply mail a copy of your order, along with your cheque or money order directly to the Bridal Essence at 3650 Langstaff Road, Suite 179, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada L4L 9A8.

Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please be advised when paying by cheque, your order will be on hold for ten (10) business days in order to allow your cheque to be approved and processed. When paying by money order or certified cheque your order will be processed immediately.

What are your shipping rates?
Bridal Essence offers *FREE STANDARD SHIPPPING (excluding brokerage, duty and taxes that may apply) to residential and commercial locations throughout Canada and within the 48 contiguous states with purchases over $250.00 CDN.

Shipping within Canada is available for $18.00 CDN.

Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S is available for 22.00 CDN.

For shipping outside of North America (including Alaska and Hawaii), please contact us at bridalessence@rogers.com to obtain a shipping quote. Shipping rates reflect standard shipping only. For Express shipping please call for details. Canadian residence purchasing from our U.S. suppliers, Beverly Clark (item numbers beginning with “BC”) or Wedding Perfections (item number beginning with “WP”) will be subject to a $16.50 Duty and Brokerage fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Bridal Essence offers standard and ground shipping within Canada and within the 48 contiguous States. Bridal Essence has Canadian & U.S. suppliers; therefore, it is dependent upon the origin of the sender (Bridal Essence or supplier) and the destination (customer’s shipping address).

Most orders are normally received within 7-10 business days; however if more than 14 business days have passed, please email us immediately at bridalessence@rogers.com or call our toll free phone at 1-888-OMG-2526 ext. 26.

From where will my items be shipped?
All products are shipped directly from our supplier(s). If ordering from more than one supplier (Weddingstar, Hortense B Hewitt, Beverly Clark or Wedding Perfections), your items will arrive in a separate package and not necessarily at the same time.

Yes, all regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address; however, express orders may not be sent to a P.O. Box address.

Returns

Can items be returned?
Yes, Bridal Essence offers all of our customer’s peace of mind with our 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product(s) you have purchased does not meet your expectations, simply contact us at bridalessence@rogers.com or call toll free 1-888-OMG-2526 ext. 26 within 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your refund or exchange subject to the following conditions below*. We will credit your credit card for the amount of the product(s) being returned only. Sorry, shipping and custom duty charges are not refundable. What if my items are defected or damaged?
Please contact us toll free at 1-888-OMG-2526 ext. 26 within 5 days of receipt. Do not mark “Return to Sender” on the package as product(s) will be returned to our supplier instead of Bridal Essence and you will not be credited for the product(s) returned.

Error Messages

What is an error message?
Error messages during checkout may appear for a variety of reasons such as missing or incorrect information entered. The most common checkout error code is 99. Should you receive Error Code 99, it is most likely that your credit card billing address does not match the one entered during checkout. Our credit card merchant is very sensitive to incorrect information with respect to credit card details.

Verify that your billing address on your credit card statement is exactly what you entered within the checkout-billing screen. Even the slightest detail will generate an error code 99. If you are having difficulties, you may call us toll free at 1-888-OMG-2526 ext. 26 for assistance or to process your order over the phone.
