We know it can be difficult at times to purchase products online, for this reason Bridal Essence offers all of our customer’s peace of mind with our 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if any wedding accessories products you have purchased does not meet your expectations, simply email us at bridalessence@rogers.com within 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your refund or exchange subject to the following conditions below*. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

All products should be returned via UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED PARCEL POST
